Will-florida-boothI own 2 photo booths and the one from SnapFlash was my 2nd booth and better booth. Everything from the purchase, to delivery, setup and support to get started were superb. Had I known that the tech support and customer service were this good, they would've been my first photo booth. If you have an issue at your gig, they will remote access the booth and fix it with no hesitation. They were a lifesaver for me when I first started.
I recently upgraded to the VIP service and that's all I can say is WOW! They setup a skin on your booth monitor for the customers to see along with a fully customized photo strip. The skin and the strips both have the WOW factor which is huge in the competitive market today.
I am going to be ordering a 3rd booth shortly and it will definitely be from SnapFlash.

Will-florida-boothAs a professional who photographs a lot of weddings, I started seeing photo booths popping up at some of my wedding receptions. I remembered photo booths (from my youth) and thought they would make an excellent add on product/service to my business.
I did a lot of homework researching the various photo booth manufacturers and came across SnapFlash Photo Booths.
I reached out to SnapFlash for more information and with (natural) pride and bias, they explained the benefits of Snap Flash over the competitors.
There are other manufacturers out there that design and create (perhaps) sleeker looking photo booths, but I was more interested in the functionality and reliability more than the appearance of the booth. That is not to say that the SnapFlash Photo Booth is unattractive in any way. But, to me, quality, functionality and reliability are far more important.
My local competitors' booths all use a web cam...don't waste my time! The Canon camera the Snap Flash Photo Booth uses produces images of a file size and quality that I have no fear enlarging them to 30x40 inches when I find a fun image I want to display.
But, the quality of the camera and booth is only one of the benefits. The customer service is a life saver!
If you are at an event and experience any issues, customer service is a phone call or text away. Not personally being too computer savvy, it is wonderful that they can access my system remotely and fix in minutes that which I might never be able to figure out.
I have never experienced anything but friendly, professional customer service.
Finally, what is nice about Snap Flash is that they obviously want you to succeed with your photo booth business. Once you receive your booth, they will walk you through how to use it, but then if you want, he will help teach you how to market it.

Will-florida-boothWe purchased our booth at the end of 2014. Since then, we have used it extensively. We did a lot of research to find the booth we needed to take our DJ business to the next level. And by a lot of research, I mean, hours on the phone, hours online, and lots of expos looking at them. We decided to go with Snapflash after talking to Kevin a couple times on the phone. He is a no nonsense person, which is what we really liked. If you had a question, it was answered. We and he left no stone un-turned in questions and answers about the booth. Once we ordered the booth, it arrived fairly quickly, and is just a quality piece of technology. We set up a couple of online tutorials where Kevin would call us and once the booth was online, he would take over and walk us through everything we needed to know to make this booth work.
Now, I am not saying that we havent ran into some difficulties...we have. A couple of software issues, a flash that went out RIGHT before and event started, and a printer error. But we have had the booth 2 years now, and these added up to very little. The reasoning they added up to very little is due to Kevin. When we bought the booth, he said to call him if we had any issues. Didnt matter the time. If it was an emergency, like being at an event, he would do what he could to fix it right then. Well, the flash went out as we were setting up at a wedding reception. We tried to fix the settings so it would still take good pics, and just couldnt get it right. We contacted Kevin, and within about 5 minutes, he had logged into the booth. We watched him work his magic, and next think you know, the booth is taking good pics without a flash. Event SAVED!!! And then, to top it off, a few days later, we received a new flash to replace the one that was bad. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE!!!
We have been looking to add a second booth to our business, and have been looking at used, to save money. But with Kevins service, it just wouldnt pay to get a used one when you dont know what you are buying. You know what you get when you buy from Snapflash...A great booth at a great price and with OUTSTANDING personal service.

We are really happy with the amount of business we did, how much we have learned and how happy our customers are with what we offer. My name is AJ. I spend 3 months at the end of 2014 doing extensive research about photo booths and vendors that sold photo booths. As you may know there are a few and they will all tell you what you want to hear. Because I didn’t have much experience with photography business I really wanted to make sure (1) wanted to do this and (2) find a company that would fully support me after that sale. I looked at options that would have cost from $3500 to $40,000. I looked into “franchise options”, “territory options”, to straight purchase. I won’t list all the companies I had contact with and researched here but you are welcome to contact me and I will tell you all about it.
One of the important and final factors before I would consider working with a company is reference check. In this case I wanted to talk to someone that had purchased their product, hopefully someone in my same situation that can tell me about their experience. I have to tell you that’s when most of the fell off the radar.
It was 2nd week in December 2014 when I happen to find SnapFlash. I couldn’t tell you how but I am glad I made that call. I called and Kevin answered the call. He definitely didn’t sound like a “sales person”. He came across as a very knowledgeable teacher more than a sales person. He never once told me he was better than others in the market but he did tell me to be careful about certain things in the market (which was a validation to my conclusion that I had already made on my own). After talking to him for about 30 minutes that morning I asked him “can you give me some references”. He said he will email me a list along with more information.
Few minutes later I received multiple emails and one of them were a list of many references of photo booth owners that had purchased from him. I decided to give one of them a call, Eric Gilmore who is a photo booth owner in Dallas, had nothing but good things to say about Kevin and his support. Based on that conversation I decided to move forward with purchasing my fist unit from Kevin…..and that’s when things got better!
Let me tell you; in my 45 years I have NEVER met a person like Kevin. I don’t just consider him as the person I bought the unit from but I truly consider him as a good friend. I can tell you he genuinely cares about you. He doesn’t just care about making a sale and doing just enough afterwards, He has always been there for me. I trust him and his experience when it comes to this business. I have learned SO MUCH from him and continues to do so every day.

Keven has spent SO MUCH TIME working with me after the sale it’s truly unbelievable. He has done things that he did not have to do and honestly no one else in the world would do; He has spent hours and hours helping me learn the software, marketing, Google AdWords, website, teaching me Photoshop, helping clean up my laptop (I had collected lot of spyware and other junk on it)…..unbelievable / priceless. With his help in only 1.5 months I have over 28 bookings as of now.
Knowing what I know today about SnapFlash and Kevin I will tell you for a fact: I would not hesitate to pay 3 times what he charged me for this unit. Matter of fact it’s hard to put a price to the support you will receive from Kevin post sale.
No he didn’t pay me for this, no I am not getting anything in return.

He knows this business and he is very direct about it. Trust him, he knows what he is talking about. Trust me – I am speaking from personal experience.

Bottom line if you are in the market for a photo booth you came to the right place. If you want excellent support after the sale you came to the right place, you want someone to tell you the truth, facts, and no came to the right person - Kevin.

Regardless of that my experience with Kevin has been phenomenal. From the very first time, he has been supportive and very available to me. Kevin was great at being available to us to answer our questions without ever once pushing sales, and even offering great Photo Booth business advice before we even decided to use SnapFlash.
We custom ordered a Red Photo Booth and Kevin was great at meeting our deadline in order to make our first appearance at a Bridal Show. The training he provides is unlike ANY company that sells a product.
The set up of the Photo Booth is just as easy as described. After the initial set up, it literally takes us less than 5 minutes to have it on and ready to take pictures. It takes us four times longer to set up all of our props. The quality of the booth itself is unlike any other on the internet. Kevin described to us that if it fell off the back of your truck on the interstate everything would still work 100% minus a few scratches on the exterior. After receiving our photo booth he was 100% correct. This thing not only looks cool but also is very rugged and sturdy. The components inside (Camera, Printer, CPU, touchscreen) are all top notch equipment and installed with such precision. The camera (Canon rebel T3) & Printer (Sub-dye RX1) combined make this photo booth simply amazing. I am still amazed at the quality of the photos. The Windows 8 (which I had never used before) and the PhotoBooth programs are very user-friendly and easy to learn and operate. I KNOW we couldn’t have made a photo booth of this quality at home with the same tools & equipment for the low price SnapFlash sells it at.
We are over 100% happy with our decision to use a SnapFlash Photo Booth and Kevin’s professionalism and willingness to offer helpful advice is just the icing on the cake. I will recommend this company to anyone ever interested in owing a photo booth. There is just no comparison with others you find online. There is SnapFlash, and then there is everyone else! Period!

Talking with Kevin I can tell that he really enjoys this business and helping people get into it.
We had our first event Sat April 27, 2013 and it was amazing , people loved the booth , especially how classy it looked .
We want to thank you Kevin for all the support from the beginning and we know you will be there for us in the future. We feel like we gained a true friend in you , and like you said " We are all brothers and sisters that just haven't met yet" .

jasonI wanted to  write and say "Thank You" for the great photo booth.  I am so pleased with it from the price, to how it was shipped, and of course aesthetic and ease of use.   I am now embarrassed to say that  I was so nervous and guarded that this was to good of a deal to be true.  From not personally seeing the booth or knowing either of you, I kept waiting to make a decision afraid the rug was going to be pulled out from me if I did. My first impression of the curtain was minimal but after using the booth I have since decided it is excellent for transporting and is idea for handicap use. I have absolutely no complaints of the unit as a whole.
